Our EverWood real hardwood floors are thermally modified using our proprietary formula of heating and steam cooling to bring you a 100% natural wood floor. Made from mother nature right here in the U.S.A.
WHY EVERWOOD?
The market has spoken. Waterproof floors are in incredibly high demand. Laminate offers water resistance and LVP is popular for it's waterproof properties, but these "man made" products simply can never offer the same luxurious look and feel of real wood from real trees.

Now, thanks to our Thermofusion Technology, we can offer the a naturally grown hardwood product with the incredible benefit of being fully waterproof!​

HOW DO WE DO IT?
In the 1990's scientists in Finland learned that they could thermally modify wood by heating it in a controlled environment, typically using steam to enhance its properties.
​
To the delight of the construction industry, one of the enhancements is a completely natural waterproofing of the wood. No chemicals! Since then, we've continued to refine the process to make it better so we can more quickly produced our products for commercial use.

Now, our 10 acre mill in the heart of America serves as our laboratory for perfecting and producing millions of square feet of truly unique and luxurious waterproof hardwood products.

On top of it being a quality material for building, it is a long lasting one. There is a reason you walk in to 200 year old homes and still see beautiful hardwood floors. Heart pine flooring is made to last a lifetime. By thermally modifying this great floor we not only enhance the strength, the process also makes it so water and moisture does not harm it.

This floor comes in a smooth face or “dirty face” (Has saw markings in planks).. The “dirty” face with it’s rustic charm is great for the busy and pet friendly home, while the smooth face has a more elegant feel and look that’s been enjoyed for hundreds of years.
EVERWOOD CYPRESS
Cypress is a hardwood, known for its strength and durability. It can withstand wear and tear over time, making it a good choice for high-traffic areas in both residential and commercial settings.

It become even more magical once it's thermally enhanced at our facility. This makes cypress flooring particularly suited for areas with high humidity or moisture exposure, like kitchens, basements, or even sunrooms.
EVERWOOD WHITE OAK
Taking a true American hardwood floor to the next level. By thermally modifying this great species of wood, we enhance the patina, strengthening an already very hard wood and making it so water and moisture will not harm it. The true beauty of American wood. This comes in a smooth and “dirty” face. The rustic look of the ‘dirty” face along with white oaks natural patina make this floor a classic for every busy home. While the smooth face has a comfortable laid back feel.
